Big XII Pick'em
This is a pick'em contest for all conference and non-conference Big XII games.
A $50 entry fee is due via paypal before the first game on 9/3.
You pick the winner against the spread. Non-conference games are worth 10 points and conference games are worth 18 points. You can update your picks until kick-off. If you miss selecting a game a winner will be chosen for you on a flip of a coin.
Each week one tie breaker game requires you enter an actual home and away score. The team you want to pick must be given enough points to cover the line and is scored against the spread just like all other picks. The actual score will only be used in case of a tie. The total number of points off for each tie break will be added up and the lowest number wins the tie break. The highest profile game will be used as each week's tie break game.
A cash prize will be awarded to the top 3 finishers. A percentage of the pool will be given as follows:
1st 60%
2nd 10%
3rd 5%
Additionally, prizes will be awarded to the winners of each segment, where a segment is 5 weeks.
1st Segment 5%
2nd Segment 10%
3rd segment 10%
